RADHEY KRISHANA began in a modest home kitchen in Anand Nagar, Dahisar East, where Kaushalya Devi cooked heirloom Brij thalis for family and neighbours. Her grandson, Chef Arjun, opened the family doors as a full restaurant on Chhatrapati Shivaji Road in 2014 — but the recipes, the rhythm, and the reverence remain unchanged.

Every spice is stone-ground each morning. Paneer is churned fresh at dawn. Dal makhani simmers for fourteen hours over a slow flame. Our Jain kitchen runs in a separate space, free of onion, garlic and root vegetables — for guests whose practice asks for it.

We believe a meal is a small yagna: an offering. From our copper thalis to our marigold garlands, every detail is shaped by gratitude. Atithi devo bhava — the guest is divine.
